- Similar to the SolarEdge series, if there is no wattage, an error, or the display is not working, you want to fill out the customer service form, which you can find here.
- Once you know that your inverter is on and has power, use the knob at the bottom in order to turn your inverter off. Then turn off anything else connected to your device, such as AC disconnect and finally your breaker.
- After 30 seconds of everything being powered off, turn everything back on, starting with your breaker and ending with your inverter.
The order in which you turn the devices back on can be crucial, so make sure to follow it completely as listed above.
Delta Solivia, Delta M Models
To troubleshoot the Delta inverter models, do this:
- As always, your first step is to ensure that the inverter you have is displaying some sort of wattage. On the Delta series, you want to make sure that there is wattage displayed at the “Now” section on your display.
- For those who have the Delta M model, you are looking for a green solid LED light on the symbol on the left of the display. Make sure there are no yellow or red lights turned on.

- Start by completely shutting off power to your inverter by first turning the inverter off using the center dial, follow up with AC disconnect switches if that applies to your device, and finish with turning off the power via the breaker.
